Should I wash my mask before first use?
Yes. Best practice is to wash your masks before you use it and between each use. 

Is this a medical grade mask?
No!  These masks are not medical grade masks and do not replace N95. Social distancing is still best option even when using a mask.

 Can I return or exchange my mask?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of the product, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I do however take grade pride in each item made and would love to help you in anyway i can. Please reach out to me at Simplyariaboutique@gmail.com. 

Could I cancel my order if it hasn't shipped?
If your order has not been shipped please feel free to contact me directly at Simplyariaboutique@gmail.com.  Each case is reviewed depending on the situation. 

 Will I get a tracking number once my package ships?
If you choose Expedited Shipping at checkout, you will receive a tracking number once the order ships. If you choose Standard Ground Shipping you will NOT receive a tracking number. All orders ship from Oshawa, Ontario.

Curb side Local Pick up?
AbsolutelyContactless local pickup is available and FREE just choose this option and ill make sure to provide you with detailed instructions. 

How Long to Get my item?
Shipping takes 4 days to 10 days. Once shipped you will receive an email from me. Canada Post is taking about 1 to 2 weeks to deliver on average however take into account weather, and covid-19 issues.
